By signing this form, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms: You can proceed through the Academy at your own pace and tickets never expire! Because all proceeds from the Academy are immediately spent on capital loan repayment. All tickets and packages are transferable but non-refundable. Because your receipt, ticket, or PIN code all enable you to schedule classes immediately, the purchased product is considered delivered upon payment not when you decide to attend a class. It Is The student’s the responsibility to book classes at your own pace. In lieu of physical tickets your receipt number is your PIN number and can be used to register for your classes. 

Classes take place in groups at set times: Levels 1, 2, 4 & 5 are typically offered on Saturdays, Levels 6 & 7 are typically Friday or weeknight evenings. Level 3 classes are typically Thursday Afternoon & Evenings. Students pay a range fee of $40 total to the range. We also offer private, semi-private and expedited sessions but additional fees may apply. Waivers are required to attend all Warrior Academy classes. I acknowledge that Warrior Academy will teach me proprietary concepts and training methods. I certify that I am not an instructor, not will I become one and I agree to keep these confidential and will not attempt to teach or disclose the concepts, drills, techniques etc. to others.
